Truglo TFX Pro Extreme night sights are excellent! The encapsulated optics reduces some of the fiber opotic effect, but protects the FO tubes. Whether the glowing night sights or the daytime bright fiber optics these sights outperform other brands I've owned. These now have replaced others on three of our CCW.

4 stars as I haven't tried the sights on the range yet. Bought a new M&P Shield Plus 9mm and ordered these sights for it. Gunsmith that installed them said he only recommends TruGlo or Ameriglo as both are easy to install and give you a fast sight picture. The price was a bit high, but the 12 year warranty should be worth it (hoping I won't need it). I like the look of the sights and the rear sight DOES NOT protrude past the rear of the slide...a plus in my book! Hoping to test them pretty soon!
