I use combat hold sight picture (dot covering target) on all of my competition pistols, just as you would with night sights. These hit right using that sight picture. I replaced the red fiber used in this set with green as the set with green fiber wasn't available at time of purchase. These use 1.5mm or .06" fiber in the event you want to replace for a different color or damage. Videos on youtube show you how to melt the ends to refain the new fiber inside the front sight. On top of that, Go Outdoor Gear has been my go-to site for years for pistol sights. You can't beat their prices or service. All of my interactions with employees have been great with top notch people. I hope they restock more Glock compatible sights in the future.
